The art of living… is neither careless drifting on the one hand nor fearful clinging to the past on the other. It consists in being sensitive to each moment, in regarding it as utterly new and unique, in having the mind open and wholly receptive.
We are not meant to stay wounded. We are supposed to move through our tragedies and challenges and to help each other move through the many painful episodes of our lives. By remaining stuck in the power of our wounds, we block our own transformation. We overlook the greater gifts inherent in our wounds — the strength to overcome them and the lessons that we are meant to receive through them. Wounds are the means through which we enter the hearts of other people. They are meant to teach us to become compassionate and wise.

May you have a lovely New Year - 2016
May every sunrise in the New Year bring you hope and may every Sunset bring you peace. May this be another year filled with sweet memories and joyous times, may you always be comfortable speaking your truth and may the dense forest of love surround you all year round.
May you have a lovely New Year.
